Buff Bay Tax Office to be closed

Tax Administration Jamaica (TAJ) is advising that the Buff Bay Tax Office will be closed as of September 3, 2018. This has become necessary in order to ensure the safety of staff and customers as any further repair of the building is no longer a viable option.

Staff from this office will be redeployed to the Port Antonio and Annotto Bay Tax Offices to complement those teams in providing service to the public.

As a result of the impending closure, taxpayers are being asked to collect their Motor Vehicle Titles, Driver’s Licences and Taxpayer Registration Number (TRN) Cards by Thursday August 30, 2018, as there will be no further distribution from the Buff Bay Tax Office after this date.

Persons will now be required to collect their documents from the Port Antonio Tax Office commencing Monday September 3, 2018.
