Cross Roads Tax Office Reopens

Tax Administration Jamaica (TAJ) wishes to advise the public that the Cross Roads Tax Office located in Kingston, will reopen for business Monday, September 5, 2022. The office was temporarily closed last week due to a malfunctioning air conditioning system, which negatively impacted staff and clients. The issue has since been rectified. Taxpayers who visit the location will once again be able to conduct all their usual business, as operations are restored to normalcy. 

However, customers are reminded that they can opt to conduct several transactions online by utilizing the convenience of its tax portal at www.jamaicatax.gov.jm. Online services include payments for Property Tax, Certificate of Fitness Fees, Driver’s Licence renewal, business related taxes and statutory deductions, as well as TCC applications and the filing of Tax Returns.
