Enhancements Coming to Revenue Administration Information System

Tax Administration Jamaica (TAJ) will be conducting a user enhancement upgrade of its Revenue Administration Information System (RAiS), which will enhance the user experience of taxpayers registered to use TAJ’s eService facility. During the transition period RAiS eServices will be suspended for maintenance between 7:00pm Friday September 7 – 7:00am Monday September 10. The scheduled update will result in the Portmore Tax Office being closed on Saturday September 8, 2018 to facilitate the activity.

To assist taxpayers with making a smooth transition to doing even more with RAiS, TAJ has developed a user guide with details of the changes, and this guide will be available at www.jamaica.gov.jm under the How To tab.

Persons may also get additional support through the Customer Care Centre at 1-888-829-4357, contacting their Client Relationship Manager or visiting the Taxpayer Education Unit located in any Tax Office island wide.

The enhancements to the RAiS web platform taxpayers will allow taxpayers to conduct transactions with greater security, ease and convenience. Customers are therefore encouraged to register and use the enhanced online tax services.
