Full Services Restored to May Pen Revenue Service Centre
Tax Administration Jamaica (TAJ) is advising the public that full service has been restored to the May Pen Revenue Service Centre, as the technical issue impacting its systems have been resolved.
Tax Administration Jamaica (TAJ) is advising the public that full service has been restored to the May Pen Revenue Service Centre, as the technical issue impacting its systems have been resolved.
Persons can once again avail themselves of the usual services offered by the Revenue Service Centre up to the usual closing time. However, lines at the Customer Care Centre continue to be impacted and technicians are working towards a speedy resolution.
A decision was taken yesterday to shut down the IT system in a move to protect the equipment from any damage. This resulted in only manual transactions being conducted throughout the day yesterday.
Tax Administration Jamaica apologizes for the inconvenience caused, as technicians worked quickly to resolve the issue in the shortest possible time.
