King Street Tax Office Closure

Tax Administration Jamaica (TAJ) wishes to advise the public that it’s Kingston Revenue Service Centre has been closed to the public today. The decision was taken late this morning to close the office, as noxious fumes emanating from a section of the facility, began affecting members of staff and waiting customers.

Persons wishing to conduct transactions with the tax authority may do so at its other corporate area locations to include; Constant Spring and Cross Roads. Additionally, staff from the King Street office has been redeployed to the alternate locations to bolster teams there due to the increased customer traffic.

TAJ apologizes for the inconvenience caused as it takes the necessary steps to safeguard staff and public safety.
