Tax Administration Jamaica (TAJ) is advising the public that the recently relocated sections of its refunds operations have now been outfitted with telephone lines for the public to call for assistance with refunds for General Consumption Tax (GCT), Corporate and Individual Income Taxes.
Embassies, Pension Schemes, Financial Institutions, Companies, Schools, government entities, approved organizations and business persons may direct their queries to the new location on any of the following phone lines:
TAJ apologizes for any inconvenience this relocation may cause, as it continues to reengineer its business processes for greater efficiency and improved customer service delivery.
