Tax Administration Jamaica (TAJ) is advising the public that as of Monday October 8, 2018, it’s Stamp Duty and Transfer Tax operations at the Montego Bay Revenue Service Centre can now be accessed in the banking hall section of the building, located on the ground floor, 18b Howard Cooke Boulevard. St. James.
Individuals and companies conducting business concerning Stamp Duty & Transfer Tax are being advised that they may now conduct these transactions in the new space.
The relocation of stamp duty operations at the Montego Bay RSC will allow for better coordination between frontline services of lodgment of documents and payments.
Please note that telephone lines for this area of the Revenue Service Centre’s operations remain the same.
TAJ continues to re-engineer its business processes for greater efficiency and improved customer service delivery.
