TAJ Extends Call Centre Hours Until December 14

The Tax Administration Jamaica (TAJ) is extending operating hours at its Customer Care Centre to 7 pm. This will continue until the December 14 due date for employer’s to submit their November payroll return (S01). The extra hours have been implemented to offer support to employers, who are now able to use the recently expanded Revenue Administration Information System (RAiS) to file and pay their payroll returns online at www.jamaicatax.gov.jm.

With the recent rollout of the second phase of RAiS, employers and business operators are now able to use TAJ’s expanded online tax service to file and pay their monthly employer’s payroll return, as well as to access a wide range of other electronic services. To assist online customers to use the expanded service, TAJ Customer Care Agents will be available for the additional hours, to guide them with their transactions.

Additionally, taxpayers are reminded that their 4th quarter estimated income tax payment is due on or before December 15 and that this may be paid online via RAiS.
