TAJ participates in National Customer Service Week 2022

Tax Administration Jamaica (TAJ) participated in the Office of the Cabinet’s Public Sector Modernisation Division (PSMD) National Customer Service Week Mobile Services Fair held on Friday, October 7, 2022 at the St. Gabriel’s Anglican Church in May Pen, Clarendon.
The Tax Authority participated in the fair by having both its mobile unit and Taxpayer Education team members from the Mandeville Revenue Services Centre, on site to offer general tax information and to process Property Tax payments. At the end of the day’s activities, service personnel engaged over fifty taxpayers and the mobile unit collected over five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) in Property Tax payments.
The Mobile Services Fair which was open to both residents and workers in the May Pen community saw over twenty-three (23) government entities coming together in one convenient location to offer their products and services.
