Tax Administration Jamaica (TAJ) wishes to advise the public that its Cross Roads Tax Office will reopen for regular business tomorrow Tuesday, November 2, 2021. The decision has been taken after service providers gave the go-ahead since repairs were effected to the malfunctioning air conditioning system, which resulted in the office remaining closed after the weekend.

Customers can now resume doing their usual Tax Office transactions at the location and are reminded to follow the instructions of staff and security personnel, as the organization continues to observe the Covid19 public health and safety guidelines. Additionally, persons may also opt to do business online at www.jamaicatax.gov.jm. Tax Administration Jamaica takes this opportunity to apologize for the inconvenience caused, as it resolved the matter in the shortest possible time.
